Storeman beta

Building these Storeman beta releases from the `master` branch (for SailfishOS ≥ 3.3.0) are triggered by a "webhook" on every "push action" to the `master` branch (i.e. commit or pull request). Mind that development of Storeman happens in its `devel` branch, thus new code is seldom committed to the `master` branch (mostly in large batches from the `devel` branch) and hence it usually provides beta or release quality.
