systemd with additional patch for maguro

This systemd package contains a patch to ignore uevents from omapfb.

Those uevents are used for signaling a vsync to userspace, however,
udevd picks up those events and processes them. 60 times a second,
resulting in an overall CPU usage of around 15% for udevd (and its
worker process alone). 

The package provides systemd-droid to not get
accidentally updated by the user via a zypper command in case a newer
upstream systemd package is available.
