- update to version 0.1.4
- add tests package

0.1.4 builds some examples, they are packaged into a -examples pkg.

due to changes in a Makefile.am the file gtk-doc.m4 is needed to rerun
autoreconf.

The tests.xml is generated out of the unit
tests list, which is generated by the make file (so it
