This request adds -tests package for Telepathy-Glib
The tests.xml is generated out of the unit
tests list, which is generated by the make file (so it
should stay up to date).

The tests depend on some of the example binaries. So they
are packaged in a separate -examples package.

The diff call for /source/nemo:devel:mw/telepathy-glib?cmd=diff&orev=15f432765702b5dadae0700063173b9d&rev=9ef7bd8725299cacb6567414a87d2d9e&view=xml&withissues=1 failed: project 'nemo:devel:mw' does not exist
