This request adds -tests packages for Telepathy-mission-control
and Telepahty-gabble. The tests.xml is generated out of the unit
tests list, which is generated by the make file (so it
should stay up to date).

The test cases need Twisted libraries and Telepathy-Gabble tests

Telepathy Mission Control:
Executed 62 cases. Passed 62 Failed 0

Telepathy Gabble:
Executed 241 cases. Passed 241 Failed 0 [-]

Submit package home:kontio:Telepathy / pyOpenSSL to package nemo:devel:mw / pyOpenSSL
